Reference Design & Tender Support
We develop clear, coordinated reference designs and tender documentation that define project requirements before procurement. By resolving key design, compliance and technical considerations early, we help reduce ambiguity, improve tender responses and de-risk projects before they move into delivery.
De-Risking Projects Before Tender
Reference Design & Tender Support
We help clients define project requirements clearly before going to market. Through reference design, technical investigation and coordinated tender documentation, we identify key constraints, resolve design issues and establish a clear basis for pricing and delivery. This reduces ambiguity for tenderers, supports more comparable submissions and helps minimise variations, delays and scope gaps once works commence.
Our Services Include:
- Reference design development
- Existing site and building investigations
- Feasibility and preliminary design studies
- Site measure-ups and existing-condition documentation
