Vizi Design is a Western Australian design and asset consultancy helping local governments, developers and commercial clients plan, improve and deliver built assets with confidence.
Led by Lohan Nortje, our team combines practical design expertise with technical knowledge to deliver compliant, buildable and future-ready solutions. From community facilities and public amenities to commercial developments and industrial projects, we help clients reduce risk, simplify delivery and create places that serve their communities for years to come.

Lohan founded Vizi Design with a vision to deliver practical, high-quality design solutions that are both functional and buildable. With extensive experience across commercial, industrial and local government projects, he leads the practice with a hands-on approach, ensuring every project benefits from technical expertise, thoughtful problem-solving and genuine collaboration.

Mandre Nortje

Practice Manager
Mandre leads the operational side of Vizi Design, overseeing client relationships, business development, tender submissions, project coordination and practice management. She works closely with clients and the project team to ensure projects run efficiently, communication is seamless, and every client receives a responsive, professional experience from initial enquiry through to project delivery.

Jonte Ryan

Senior Designer
Jonte brings significant technical design experience and plays a key role in delivering high-quality documentation across commercial, industrial and community infrastructure projects. His attention to detail and collaborative approach help ensure projects are practical, coordinated and ready for delivery.

Gerrit van Heerden

Drafting Technician
Gerrit supports the delivery team by producing accurate technical documentation and detailed drawings. Working closely with the senior designers, he contributes to efficient project delivery while maintaining the high standards Vizi Design is known for.
