Contemporary Living at The Square Mirrabooka
Vizi Design was engaged to deliver architectural services for the proposed alterations at The Square Mirrabooka Shopping Centre, located on Yirrigan Drive in Mirrabooka WA. The project involved the amalgamation and refurbishment of multiple tenancies, returning the spaces to a cold-shell layout ready for future fit-outs.
Key works included extensive internal defit and demolition, removal of existing shopfronts, ceilings, partitions, and services, followed by base building upgrades to meet current compliance and access requirements. External works comprised new canopy structures, façade treatments, safety barriers, carpark modifications, and updated services infrastructure.
Through careful coordination with structural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic requirements, Vizi Design prepared a comprehensive construction package to ensure NCC and Australian Standards compliance, while enhancing functionality and safety for both tenants and the public realm.
